Due to an ongoing forest fire at Carrickgollogan in the Dublin Mountains, the car park , associated trails and walks have been closed.
There will only be access as a diversion for the Dublin Mountains Way along the north west boundary of the forest which runs past the Lead Mines Chimney.
On the map below the DMW is indicated by a yellow dotted line. Please follow the diversion which is marked with a pink line.
